Our 8th Distribution - 2022

Thank you to all of our sponsors for keeping our 8th year going strong. While we still aren’t able to travel to the Philippines just yet, we have amazing volunteers to continue the work.

This year we were able to reach over 1000 children: Sto Nino ES - 100 recipients; San Vincentee ES; Cawayan ES - 168 students/8 teachers; Camias ES - 150 recipients; Children’s Home and Eucharistic Love and Kindness (CHELK) - 30 children, ages 6-17 yrs old; San Ignacio; Viga ES; Paykek ES - 65 recipients; Taba Ao Day Care; Mambabanga ES - 200 recipeints

Our 7th Distribution - 2021

As we continue to adjust to life during the pandemic, some things stay the same. At the 2000 Project, we continue to do what we can to provide children and teachers with what they need for success. While we are unable to reach as many as we normally do, we still were able to visit a few schools as listed below. Aside from school supplies, we have also been working hard on building a library. One of our favorite quotes is by Alice Joyce Davidson: “Reading is the magic key that takes you where you want to be.”

Covid-19 Relief

As many families around the world have been affected by Covid-19, the 2000 Project has tried to do its’ part in assisting those in need.

With the help of generous donations and brave determination of our volunteers, we were able to provide meals to those that we can in Angeles City and Porac.

Our 6th Distribution - 2020

This year was a very special year for us. Not only was it our 5th year, we also fulfilled a very special request for a dear friend, Rosemarie Dulnuan. With many blessings, the project was able to make its way to the mountain provinces of the Philippines - traveling from Baguio, up to Cagayan, and back down to Isabela. In doing so, we were able to reach over 2425 children in remote places you can only get to through rough roads and special off-roading vehicles.
